A blast from my past...
When I lived in Holland six years ago, my friend at one point told me that I should buy a game called MDK. It was my first 'real' electronic game - I had never had any PC or console games before that. So he and I hop on our bikes and race to the store (Loved doing that. Holland is so beautiful.) where I buy the last copy. I proceed to beat the game in two weeks or so. At the end, a music video is played that I believe tells you what MDK stands for. One problem though - the video is in a foreign language. I figure that it's because I bought it in Europe, and eventually forget about it.
Fast forward 6 years - to three days ago, to be precise. While mailing a package, I stumble across a card (MTG, sports, etc) and video game resale store. There, amongst many other games, I find a copy of MDK and MDK 2 in a set. [Insert flashback here...] So I buy it, and beat it in short order. And here is the problem...
The friggin video is still in another language.
I still don't know what MDK stands for.
So I turn to you, O wise and ancient forumites. Anyone know? Can ye solveth yon puzzle of lore? Or am I doomed to never know?

I think that version comes from a Stallone movie - Demolition Man, I think. It could be, but I doubt it.

Yeah, memories.
Infinite ammo.
Bombing runs.
Homing sniper grenades.
The World's Smallest Nuclear Bomb.
Oh yeah. Memories...

Now that could be it. Good thinking.
The only other one I've heard of is Max, Doc, Kurt.
Exploding toast?
Narf is correct.
MDK2 pwnd so much. It was one of the last great games to use humor well too..
"I've made... toast!"

DavidBioWare lol!
GregZ_BioWare We believe it means Many Dangerous Kangaroos.
DerrickBioWareQA or Max, Doc, Kurt
DavidBioWare Mother Doesn't Know. Neither does Shiny.
GregZ_BioWare We took all the Kangaroos out, but the game is really all about them.
MarcAudy_BioWare I once heard that it stands for the home towns of the three of the lead developers at Shiny - but i'm sure that was a vicious rumor.
Brad_BioWare Milk, Dumplings and Kubasa
KarlBioWareQA The objective is to find all the non-kangaroos
GregZ_BioWare It must remain one of the unsolved mysteries.
DerrickBioWareQA Karl lives!
GregZ_BioWare Leonard Nimoy went through the office doing an "In Search Of" (the meaning of MDK) episode.

edit: oh ok so it's not shiny but bioware who were given the task of making MDK2 but it's the best I could find... now where did I leave that manual? XD
