<div class="IPBDescription">Shipping Monday hopefully...</div>If you're looking for a 6800GT, <a href='http://www.gameve.com/gve/Store/ProductDetails.aspx?sku=VC-XFX-025' target='_blank'>GameVE</a> has a few actually in stock. And they aren't price gouging either!
So hopefully it'll all turn out okay. They got a very high reseller rating and most of the people on HardOCP (who pointed me to this site) are trustworthy and whatnot. If not then I used my Capital One card w/ fraud protection... heh

w00t, and I just got a 3.06ghz CPU too! Upgrading from a modest 2.4ghz. It was the fastest my mobo supported...

DOOM 3. Thats his only reason.
I think you mean the x800 PRO as i've yet to see a single XT on shelf, as Doomeh knows.
<a href='http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?submit=property&DEPA=0' target='_blank'>Newegg</a> has some GTs coming in soon, too. I thought they had some in stock awhile ago.
And that's the older Mobility chips that can't use the unified drivers. Get something new... a Mobility 9600.. you'll be fine. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->
I've never seen a driver release give the performance gains needed to overtake Nvidia, however.
That and ATI isn't known for their drivers, really...
I think i should report this topic because the person who started it has too much money
Fine im gonna spend money tomorrow.
<a href='http://www.aria.co.uk/ProductInfoComm.asp?ID=9992' target='_blank'>Mobo</a>
<a href='http://www.aria.co.uk/ProductInfoComm.asp?ID=8263' target='_blank'>HDD</a>
The aim is to generally upgrade things. I need a new HDD because the one i have is make a dodgy noise, i think the bearings have gone. I also want to make it much quieter, and the noisyest thing is the HDD. I need lots of storage space too. Thoughts.
Christ Doomy, did you just sell a kidney or something?
If so... who to and how much did you get? Dod they want another ;-)
Or you could use the Omega drivers. They worked wonders on my Mobility Radeon 9000.
