Unexpected Menu Switching In Cc

First, i'm an experienced player and comm, however i believed that this was the best place for this thread. One game i tried to spam medpacks, by bashing the s key while on the supply menu and clicking madly. However, it kept going to a previous menu, like a turret factory after 1 medpack, which made it extremely hard to spam. How do release the selection to spam meds and ammo?

It was strange because i usually use right click to deslelect anything, but it just wasnt' working; Every other game was fine though.

If you where droping the meds near other buildings and you click on the building it will swap menu and you end up spaming arms labs most of the time.

Fast medpack supplying is pulled off by tapping E then S

Fast ammopack supplying is pulled off by tapping E then A

Spamming is not really needed, 2 medpacks per heavily wounded marine will be sufficient.
