Two problems

The first problem i am havin is the installer isnt finishing like it well say its done then i click ok and it freezes...the other prob is when i try to start any game lan or internet it will say something like tmessage:TEXTMESSAGEPARSE::messageCourt>=MAX_MESSAGES
I dont know what it means but i know its bad.
