Constellation Program , Help

First , sorry for my bad english.

I've paid for the constellation program since 2 week , and receive nothing , no mail , nothing. One admin told me to post here before to re-mail an NS-admin.

I've paid once 18$ the first time , and RE-paid 5 $ yesterday, so i wanna notice it here. If an admin want Paypal payment ID or my name / mail . Please PM me !

    Im not a member, but I believe you need to pay $20 ONCE and wait till they add you.

    Sure , but 18+5 = 23 . The worst is, one of my mate paid like 4 or 5 days ago, and he receive mail + icon + pass ( forum ) , 2 days after. So i think there is a problem.

    Well since the constie donation isn't handled by a machine (if you don't see flayra as one that is), there shouldn't be a problem that you paid twice.     But that's very unlucky my mate had all in just 2 days after his payment, and during i'm waiting for it ! Because he paid 4 or 5 days ago. And no one answer me ( i've mailed admin 2 times and Flayra too ) , to know if they have received the 23$ atm, or if there is a problem :/

    I'm guessing they will have to see both of your payments for it ( plus he could just have been lucky, my donation took about 1.5 weeks before I got anything back )
