I'm a stereotypical nerd. I fear going outside, have no idea what to do for entertainment without an internet connection, and I have no friends and choose to keep it that way. Surprisingly it's a good life. I pity anyone who doesn't live like me.

I find it extremely boring to sit in the house all the time only on the PC. Used to do it a lot. Now I just do it quite a lot It's good to have friends, out of all of them I'd consider one to be slightly nerdy but even then he's not that bad. A lot of them don't even know how heavily I am interested in computers. Most of them are from work but some are old school mates.

I think I am nerd. I wear glasses what are always dirty, my face is white but it is summer, my face is always white and whinny. thats bechause I have nothing to do in the outside. Today is a beautiful day and sky is clear, i think I am going to go to the beach.. But there are those freaking kids who scream and splash with the water all the time. There is nothing to do bechause I live in god damn city. I spend all days with my computer, 10-14 hours straight, doing nothing. I hate this world.
i want to be in the country, wake up at 6 o'clock in the morning and go outside and breathe fresh air and go to struck some wood. I am used to it bechause there was a country, but not anymore.. I spent all my summers in country.. And I have no friends.
I would like to watch starcraft but I havent seen any, all that bechause that stupid television is so stupid that it wont show any in our country. But i used to watch stargate, but it ended in our television. Right now, there is nothing. X-files ended too and our Tv showed all the parts but I missed the last one.. But hey, I am getting all the X-files parts by myself and i watch them all by myself, every single episode, every single step.
And I apreciate music very much. Ambient, glitch, IDM, jazz, trip-hop etc, nerdy things. And I hate people who listen all that **** what is coming out of the radio, I mean, where I live, there is no music on radio, only some roars or something, worse than in MTV. I hate allshiteaters.
And I like to search in paranormal and in archeology too. Read books like "The marks of the gods", "The mystery of the Mars", "The draft of the Atlantis" etc.
Also some classyc ski-fi books like "Martian chroniles" by A. C. Clarke. And my favorite movey is "2001: The space odyssey" what is written by the same author. I have red the book also.
But I dont know much about computers hardware etc or programming. I am onl graphic designer. Making few games also.

Never mind chronic nerd shortage; I just want friends who I can regularly game with. They long ago learned that playing Goldeneye against me was an exercise in futility, due to the fact that while they had N64s and had the game, playing it wasn't something that took up most of their time.

Honestly, I can do without discussions about Stargate, and I've never played actual D&D. Social ineptitude and eccentricities are nice, but completely optional. Thinking in binary is all very well and good. I just want someone to play against, damnit!

I am both extremely geeky and totally non-geeky. All my geeky friends think I'm 'one of them', if I tell my non-geek friends they tell me 'not to put myself down', that I'm not geeky at all and that they love me (which is nice ).

Tonight I'm going clubbing, pull a girl or two, get drunk, dance a bit. Last night I played Vampire the Masquerade (pnp, not computer game), night before that I went to a BBQ, the two days before that I skived off work and my mate and I had a marathon 2 day x-box/PC session (it was his birthday so he had only just bought the x-box, got about 6 new games for it and a few more for his PC). On the monday I moved into my new flat, had a party and drank.

As you can see my week varied from intensely geeky (high point - making flea jokes to werewolves and then running away and hiding) to the completely well-adjusted and healthy (Watching 2 girls simulate sex with a tree as a dare while we were all drunk (no, I didn't pick the dare (ok, reading that sentence back it doesn't actually sound well-adjusted or healthy... it does involve girls, alcohol and sex though so it's pretty non-geeky)).

CME also has problems with beating the crap outa people if I remember correctly

Personaly, I think I am the good type of geek. I can have long conversations, and hang out with people (with out driving them nuts) who know nothing about RPGs, Computers, Anime or any thing of the sort.

Though I still distinctly crave hanging out with my friends that I can make dead baby jokes to and not get mortified looks (or laugh at the concept of the little kid playing on the rocks falling into the alge infested turtle pond at centeral park)

*contemplates making a thread on disgusting, yet compleatly within the rules jokes*

In Stargate: Atlantis I THINK that they used 8, could be wrong.

I have nerdy friends, but they aren't nerdy nerdy. They all like Counter-Strike, and have you ever real CTRL-ALT-DELETE comics? That guy that is obbsessed with CS, that's kind of like my friends.

I don't think it'll be that hard to find a nerd; they're bound to be somewhere, dwelling in a cave or somethin.

Testament, I know what you mean and all, and am doing it right now, but sometimes don't you get the knack to let off some emotional thoughts and whatnot to someone real?

OK GOOD DAY

I only know one nerd in like, my whole school.

We're a very un-nerdy place.
