I Can't Hear The Sound Of My Footsteps

Actually it isn't not really nothing can i here -- but comparing to other's voice, it is extremely low.
The voice that has this problem include: footsteps, jumping sound, bite and weapon's sound.
Which setting is related this this?

    I am assuming that you mean volume when you say voice (aka, how loud a sound is)

    play with these cvars ingame and see if they help:

    volume
    suitvolume
    MP3Volume
    cl_musicvolume

    IT dosn't matter if we have the same settings as other things our different between our computers.

    just play with them in game (though I would focus on volume, and see if lowering it makes all the other sounds more in sync with your low volume sounds)
