Finally, a good shotgun?
My friend and I came up with this concept shortly after my pistol. If any modelers are interested, let me know! I think it's a winner.

work on the stock a little, I might model it.

just add a little detail to the stock...some grooves or a bit of padding on top...will look sweet.

I love it.
If you don't mind, I'd like to take a shot at it.

Extend the groove for the flashlight back a little so you could pull it back w/o needing monkey grip, and work on the holes in the stock a little, and you have possably one of the coolest shotguns evar

i put a lot of thought into the stock, but you know what? that's the part of the model that matters the least. this is for a game, where you dont really see the stocks of your guns, remember? anyways, i'll move it around a bit, but i think it's fine the way it is.

My suggestion: Change the pump handle a bit so that there's a spot to put your hand without having to hold an uncomfortable curve.

to me this reminds me of cs, a m3 tactical on the front and a awp back.
does any1 else see that.

but it looks very effective.

it looks great. has a sort of lever-action shape to it, very effective. may i just suggest using PNG compression instead of JPG. JPG corruption makes baby jeebus cry

may i also suggest keeping that stock up nice and high, if you drop it the weapon starts to look.... unbalanced. also, looking from a practical point of view, you want the stock to absorb kickback from firing, the way it is now, because of the angle of the back of the stock and the direction of forces from firing, it would kick up like a mother******.

another configuration. The pump is flipped.

but the more i look at these... the more i like the original the best.
• KaineKaine Join Date: 2002-08-07 Member: 1096Members, Constellation
yeah i have to agree. a mixture between the first and third. this latest one with the pump flipped just doesn't do it for me :/

Sorta, but instead of extending the larger part, I extended the flashlight out and shrank the thicker area. Also gave it a SPAS-12-esque ridge on the back of the pump to aid in teh gripz0r, and subtley lowered the butt to put it in more comfortable position.

P.S.
I love the stock, it's just awesome.

don't change the shape at all, just chop the flashlight. put a little screw-cap on it or something, like its dummy mount in an accessory slot.
