Now thats what I have so far it rings up about $1500 I have a video card in mind which is the x800 XT or maybe even the x800 XTPE. Im not to shure about the video cards but I do know about PCIX and I was wondering would it be worth it to wait till I can get the same mobo or equaly as good with PCIX and get the x800 XT with PCIX or should I get one of the two for AGP.

Also iv never used a swich before so is the one I picked out any good, id like to be able to use both computers come what while not spending another $500 on a monitor/keybard/mouse.

So if any one could help me I'd by very greatful,
Hibame

    I'd go for socket 939 if I were you, probably a 3500+. You could easily drop a hard drive, do you really need 240 gigs? Or you could just buy one now, and later if you find yourself limitted, buy the second then.

    That case is UGLY <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Aside, decent system, and surprisingly I can't find anything to **** about it (besides the choice of case <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif' /><!--endemo-->) like I usually can when people post their rediculous systems.

    I don't see the purpose of the 240 gig drive, unless you have a ton of music or something, but you have a DVD burner so there's no purpose at all. I'd drop one drive. As the RAM, 1.5 gigs is overkill now, 2 is just a waste IMO.

    ok.. ill tell you what i know, and that is, ATI vid cards, maybe only radeons, dont work with VIA chipsets, i dunno why but ive had troubles with my compatibility EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS ITS COMPATIBLE.

    **but dont take my word for it**

    Well, so far I picked the case becouse I like it better then the thermtakes new cases and its a nice price for fans and a power suply (I think). The 2 120gig hd are becouse I currently have two 80 gig hds and at any given time both have 40 gigs on them (movies, steam, music, etc), I just looked and both only have 32 gigs free (its problay becouse I emulae a cd/dvd drive?) but the dvd/cd/burnner is for the all in one so I can read hl2 dvd and not get all like 12 cd's. The 2 gigs are so im covered becouse I like to run a lot of stuff that can consume ram and cpu. Such as Maxthon and 20-30 tabs, winamp, steam, ns, some times hammer, and of couse mirc. And my current 1.5 gigs of ram bus have served me well.

    My advice: Drop the sony DVD burner and go with the Liteon version of the same powers. The sony is just the liteon rebranded and price-jacked.

    I want newegg to open in the UK. British suppliers are crap.

    Go for SATA drives, almost same price. I can get 160Gb Sata drive in the UK for £70, which is good so you could probably get that for about $100

    That case is just a copy of the xaser III which costs around $100 more <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif' /><!--endemo-->
