<div class="IPBDescription">What have i missed?</div>Before I replace the current <a href="http://www24.brinkster.com/mattrye/NSWorld/MappingGuide/MappingGuide.htm" target="_blank">Quickstart Guide</a> with <a href="http://www24.brinkster.com/mattrye/NSWorld/MappingGuide/MappingGuide2.htm" target="_blank">This One</a> I thought i'd wave it under your noses to see if you can spot anything out of date or incorrect.

I have left out the new commander mode because i'm not 100% on it myself.  If you think you can do better than the DOC that comes with NSTR bugfix one (NSTR2) i'd like to hear from you.

90% of that is new to me, so it seems ok.  thanks chrome!

Well, maybe you should rewrite the part about the r_speeds in the RR. It says that the r_speeds doesn't matter in the RR, but that's not really true. While no action will take part in the RR, there'll be a lot of players there, and too high r_speeds crashes the server. So, I'd go for r_speeds no higher than 1000 in the RR.

Thanks for the reminder Yolmer.  Sorted.

Oops!  Missed out func_weldable.  Has anyone tried these yet?  My attempts look rather dodgy to say the least.

Don't go changing your shortcuts just yet.  The new one will replace the old one when I'm happy it's all correct.

Okay i'm happy now.  The old mapping guidelines have been replaced.  I'm still looking for someone to write a nice peice on filler brushes though <!--emo&;)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'><!--endemo-->

bah! env_fog is too flaky to be of any <i>real</i> use anyway.

I will add it to the guide tonight when I get home.

Env_Fog is in.  Sorry if that sounded a bit gruff shuvit.  I had considered the topic more or less closed after 5 days of hushed silence.

My nethead's nightmare has just come true, got home tonight and my telephone line is dead.  I'm posting this using my moms PC...  <!--emo&:(--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('><!--endemo-->
