Woo Hoo?
The song from that budweiser commercial (best example I could think of) that has Woo Hoo! as the chorus. Who's it by?

If I'm thinking of the same song you are, it's one my roommate has been playing all too often. I'll edit this post with the answer tomorrow, when we're both awake.
you're thanking me right? <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

OK, just to expand on my response.
Blur are eclectic indie genre. They've been around all through the 90s. I spent my uni years listening to them. Good albums are Parklife and The Great Escape, but there are good tracks on the others too.
The first single that everyone at the time remembers was "There's No Other Way", an indie classic. Others are "End Of a Century", "Girls & Boys", "Parklife" and so on. They're worth a visit.
They're still going, but without Graham Coxon, their excellent and underated guitarist.
Just Googled <a href='http://www.saunalahti.fi/~hynninen/vblurpage/info/tv.htm' target='_blank'>this</a>, a list of Blur songs used in adverts and other media. Check out the number if ads that used Song 2 ...
