I've got some good news and bad news. The good news is that I'd like to welcome you to the forums. The bad news is, well...sorry to be the first to break it to you, [edit]apparently I spent so much time typing I'm not the first, and above posts illustrate what I'm about to describe[/edit] but hopefully I won't be as mean as some other members here can be:

This is a fairly well-known animation around here. Well-known enough that I personally first remember reading about it about three days before it became publicized on the local news and other television shows. Yes, it's good for a laugh, but be warned: posting stuff without searching for previous threads about it can (and too often does) result in many members instructing you to use the search function.

For example, searching "jibjab" would have given you such threads such as this or this.

You haven't purposely broken rules or anything, so I'm not going to lock unless someone comes along and does something to justify it. But in the future, it may be more important to use search, especially in sections of our forums such as Ideas and Suggestions.

He's not loveable. What WOULD be great, though, would be a set of like, electronic bulletin boards on which you could post things. Would'nt it be great to have one for this community?

Yeah, the joke's kinda dead now.

Say, whatever happened to that guy who posted the AYB link? Did he leave?

EDIT: To make this post somewhat useful, here's a list of things you shouldn't post.

1) All your base are belong to us.
2) Goat.
3) This Land
4) Defend your castle, Yatta, or, for that matter any flash older than two weeks. Most likely, the forum hawks will have pointed it out already.

That is all.

Eventually we will reach the point where everything has been posted before and all we can respond to posts with is: posted already, use search, Simpsons did it.

I never liked that video in the first place.

Leave the funny political stuff up to Jon Stewart, people.
