Not Connecting

Okay i installed all the mods (3) and When im not playing the game and open the server list in steam it lists servers , but when i try to connect it retries 3 times then says cannot connect to game server, and it wont list any games. I cant connect to any games , how can i fix this?

u may be trying to connect to a server with a very high latency.

if the error msg it gives u just says "cannot connect" then it's mostly internet problems.
