I foud the problem, but don't udnerstand it....

it was one of my lights I made...it's kind of complex... simply by splitting it in half hamburger bun style, it fixed the error 0o'

    Any ideas?

It was a malformed brush. Alt+p will show you any problems with the map, look for 'invalid solid'.

<!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/confused-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> That's just it... it never showed it... I had to take the brush number BC gave me and find it myself... and that didn't do any good.

I took a wilde guess and cut my light in half... keeping both halves. For some reason, it worked <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/confused-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
