Its a hard question and not enough info. What kind of hltv is that from the same server (if yes it shoul have the same ip but the port is difrent standard 27020). Hltv can be from a difrent host. You must suply more info.
the problem is , i cant connect on everything NS HLTV Server. The Problem is not on 1 server its on all NS HLTV SERVER. but i can connect on cs hltv server
