Fatal expection error b******s

but now whenever i load it up, its on the console screen and its finished intialising and downloading and its gettin rid of the console screen it gives me this blue screen error

A fatal exception OD has occured 0028 : 04560496

My PC specs r

AMD Athlon 700
Matrox g400 32mb
384mb sdram
aureal vortex au8810
resolution 1024 x 768 32bit colour opengl

plz help i really wanna play this game again
