yes, i know, i dont have it overclocked. im going to set it to OC when i get hl2, and i launch it.

it will run on normal, untill i double click on hl2, then will go to the oc'ed settings i put, and when i close it, it will go back to normal..

You know... HL2 is not THAT system intensive. You should get a constant 70 or so FPS w/o any over clocking... at 1600x1280 resolution, in 32bit color with eerything set to Max... Why OC it?

I don't understand why you would spend that much cash on a system and then overclock it. It should run damn fine stock.
