Task Manager Won't Stay Put

Well since no one answered me on my last post, I'll just make a brand new one.

When I ctrl-alt-del, the task manager appears for about 1 second then closes. Same with msconfig. I've done a full system scan with trend micro, norton, and panda online (or some weird name like that), and none of them find viruses.

I've googled as much as possible and tried most of everything, and nothing works! I've tried klez virus removals and everything...

Does <i>anyone</i> have <i>any</i> idea what the hell is going on?

    I've noticed a new file (MMTASK6.EXE) trying to access the internet when windows starts. But when I search my computer, there is no file called MMTASK6.exe

    I've googled mmtask6.exe and nothing comes up <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/sad-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    I found this, <a href='http://forums.thetechguys.com/showthread.php?t=3389' target='_blank'>http://forums.thetechguys.com/showthread.php?t=3389</a>

    Lots of reading, but it turns out to be a virus or something with the registry.

    Same problem but a differnt forum

    The virus disables programs like norton and stuff from finding it.

    Same issue here and same responses

    Oh yea sorry. I checked those links out and just about every damn website and none of them even helped. But I did manage to find it. It's funny because once I found the file that was infected, not one single virus program could scan it and find anything and not one site had any information on it. (Norton, avg, trend micro, PC Cillin, panda, and mcafee didn't see it as an infection. lol)

    It's an epidemic in the making, and I found it! RAwwrrr!11

    /edit btw: thanks very much for helping Davis. <3
