Ns isn't in filter list not solved with shorcut's

In the server's list (multiplayer>internet) i push the update button and nothing happen...
When i go to filter "are running game" ns don't appear OR sometimes only ns and half-life shows in the list (i have other mods installed of course).
In the main menu when i go to "custom game" nothing appear...no mod appear.. i push the refresh button and mod that i don't have appear...
And finally (when i'm lucky and that i have a list of servers) when i try to connect to a server i have the message "the mod is not installed"
It's really strange because it seems to be a random error somtimes this happen and that doesn't and the next time it's the opposit..

the shorctu's hint doesn't work (when i try to launch with an other modactivated it don't work neither) but:
<b><i>anyway i found a (fuckiXX) fix!!!</i></b>---> i go to the half-life folder and i launch hl.exe manually it works but i don't have console or stuff like that...
