<div class="IPBDescription">Have to see it to believe, i guess</div> I'm not hot on all the trends and stuff that go on in the big ole' internet, so this video may be the second most seen thing next to goatse and i just don't know it. However, i've just seen it, and it is incredibly funny (to me at least, some people probably won't like it).

It takes about a minute and a half to get fully started, although the instructor at the start is so boring it's kinda funny. Again, my appologies if this has been seen thousands of times, but i just couldn't bare having anyone not see this.
(there is a bit of blood/violence in it, so if any mods object, delete the link, lock, delete the thread or w/e).

    The Gymclass one is good too, although that guy would be better if he were a little more like a gym teacher and you didn't know quite what the video was going to be (educational, comedic, amazing).
