Biliner, is well.. heres a picture. <img src='http://www.ausgamerz.com/ns/Biliner.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' /> if the green square is a pixel, the red is two. Two = BI. Biliner is an old term, used in the days of Red Alert, where the Video cards wern't hardcore, and they needed some sort of compression to make the videos run smoother. Its the process of running lines over a video, or in my case, over a picture
