<b>Half-Life 2 is *NOT* going gold.</b>

The post was faked. Apparently Gabe Newell's password on that forum was 'gaben'

I repeat, HL2 is not going gold monday.

    I hate people who totally abuse the small text feature. It's good for little notes declaring sarcasm or something. but typing a complete message in tiny text? Your face deserves the loving caress of a brick being slammed into it.

    As for Death Bringer...Stop posting in the damned 3rd person. You're not regaling us with a tale, you're not important, STOP IT.

    I knew there was something odd about Newell's "Announcement", though.

    Just paste it into the address bar of the browser or hit the "quote" button. Either way you can read it.

    It's still fluffing annoying though.
