This is driving me freakin nuts...
Okay...

so if I tweak the subwoofer to be turned down to not shake the crap out of things my mp3's sound better. The problem is it sounds like **** in games. But if I leave everything default it pwns for games, but sounds like **** in winamp...

Anyone have any advice for what I should do w/ this? O.o

Can't you just use the Winamp EQ to tone down the low-end of the spectrum right in winamp? That'll tone it down in software.

    Start>programs>accessories>entertainment>volume control

Advanced on play control, then turn bass all the way to low. It's what I do when I can't stand the bass....although I assume you probably already know that you can do this.

Especially in NS, i just cant stand it. Its ok in some games, RTS/TBS mostly but in FPS it sucks.
