Anti-virus Programs

<div class="IPBDescription">For EMAILS Only?</div> I'm currently using Norton AntiVirus 2004 Pro but
i'm kinda sick of it using system resources constantly
when all I want it for is to scan email recieved via
the mail client that comes with Mozilla.

Isn't there some sort of program/plug-in or something
that I can download that will <b>just</b> scan incoming/outgoing
emails?

I'm not sure about a stand-alone email scanner, but I would have to recommend getting rid of Norton and going with <a href='http://www.vet.com.au' target='_blank'>Vet Anti Virus</a>. It uses barely any system resources and does everything a virus scanner should do, including email scans.
