Ns Locks Up

<div class="IPBDescription">have to restart</div> While playing...my NS randomly will lock up, can't move mouse, keys, nada, have to restart, temps are fine, latest sound and video drivers...it seems to be random...i let winamp run in the bg one time, and when it locked up winamp kept playing the song...like it would play 5 sec, stop for a few, play another 5 sec, stop for a few, play another 5, etc etc...so the computer isn't locked up,but keyboard and mouse are unresponsive...
