Those are uniforms of different parts of the service, not civilian clothes.
Anyway. The topic is easy to read up upon - traditionally you'd see intentionally bland clothing, and in most klischees in grey and/or olive. Although the only thing that has a relation to the communist ideology is the blandness.
Since your movie is probably supposed to be funny, something extreme like an I >heart< Lenin T-Shirt or so would work.

I see a lot of difference in the backstoryb between communism and fascism, but plenty of similarities. Both have only ever produced totalitarianism, death and torture. Both have been left on the ash heap of history by the West, spearheaded by the US. Almost makes me wish I was an American.... almost.
