Doom3 E1m1 Remake

<div class="IPBDescription">a decent one, worth a look</div>No idea where its originally from, but there is an <a href='http://www.fileshack.com/file.x?fid=5357' target='_blank'>E1M1 Remake for DOOM 3</a> that made its way onto Fileshack that fans of the original might wanna take a look at.

It does a decent job of trying to match DOOM 3's style while using the original's layout, so that's cool. There are a couple rooms that look exceptionally nice though and should put a smile on your face.

If anyone else knows of any good quality remakes (I know there's plenty of crap ones, heh) that are already released, post em here.

Just waiting for the Alien total conversion ... "They're moving all over the place" ... The one done for the original Doom was very accomplished given the tools available at the time.

Sounds like fun, allthough it will be a few years before doom 1 or 2 can be entirely remade, both those games had hordes of enemies in some maps and that's just not going to run acceptably in doom 3 in the near future.
