Fps + rts hotkeys all in one

You can switch from fps and rts hotkeys quickly.  You don't have to move your hand all the way to the over side of the keyboard just to be the commander.

Wow, nice!  Keys should have multiple uses in the next version, I hope.  Marines and Aliens should use the same keys, too.
