    I suppose you have Doom3.

So far in "High End" as in FarCry and newer, I know of nothing else than these two. A bit older would be UT2K4 but I'd say everyone knows how that's played (and it's not the ooh-aah graphics/physics neither)

edit: and Painkiller is not fun :o

The Theif Deadly Shadows demo is strangely high on
    the old system requirements.

On a vaugely related note (but I didn't want to start a new topic), a friend of mine says that UT2004 will ONLY run on GeForce graphics cards. This would explain why it doesn't work on my computer, but at the same time it sounds like total BS. Can anyone confirm?

    works on my 9800 pro

edit: maybe he meant that large "NVIDIA" logo/add thing that shows up when you launch the game. But on my box in the min requirements it says Radeon 8000 and up, or GF2 and up

Hah, thats complete and utter bs, my friend has a mac(don't ask plz) and a ATI because he is an ATI fan aswell. UT2004 does work with ATi but I dunno about the benchmarks. I forgot if geforce did better in UT2004 than ATi but it doesn't really matter that much.

Then, as expected, my friend has no idea what he's talking about. I'm using a 9700 pro so I can only assume the problem is a corrupted installation; but I CANT EVEN UNINSTALL IT!
