Host_error: Usermsg: Not Present On Client

<div class="IPBDescription">ARGH! frustrating!</div> I get Host_Error: UserMsg: Not Present on Client then a # thats not always the same, and it puts me to the NS screen. I have down the training and fully updated, and I have an ATI 9700 pro and an AMD Athlon XP 2500+.
