Missing File

Didn't have this problem till yesterday and i don't know why. Everytime i try to join a server it says i can't continue b/c of a missing script, events/weaponanimation.sc ... Does anyone know where i can get this file or why this happened? I tried re-downloading NS but downloading and installing 3.0 beta 4 and 4a doesn't give me the file and everytime i try to d/l 3.0 beta 1 it tells me the files are corrupted when i try to install. If anyone could tell me where to get this file or if they could send it to me that would be great. Thanks in advance.
