Listen Server Won't Have More Than 2 Slots

<div class="IPBDescription">Even though I set it to higher...</div> Now, as far as I know, the command to set the amount of slots in a server is maxplayers. Now, I set this to 12 in my listenserver.cfg, but it still is at 2 when I make the server. Am I doing something wrong, and do you know how to set the maximum slots on my listen server to something higher than 2?

you have to set it in the commandline you use to start up your server:

+map ns_bast +maxplayers 32
