So frustrated- freezes during installation

<div class="IPBDescription">Grr....</div>What's happening is that I turn off all other applications, install into the HL folder- everything goes fine. Then, at the end, the "Installation finished" box pops up and the installer freezes. The files are copied, but no exe or the desktop links... Please help..
