Animation screw-ups

why when you crouch as a marine do you move down about halfway and then teleport down the rest? this is from your own point of view i'm talking about btw. how can something as simple as crouching get screwed up? especially when it was working in the original game.
why do the resource pumpers have cuts in their animation. they pump smoothly for a little going up and down, up and down, then they suddenly teleport up.
when the marines run, why do their arms and legs swing out of sync at different frequencies? and why are their arms positioned like they are fatasses?
why do the turrets rotate like the seconds hand of a watch? why don't they rotate properly? they make my computer look like it's running at 1 frame per second when i'm server. when i'm not server, interpolation seems to smooth it a little but there's no interpolation when i'm server; they just teleport to different angles.
why do the flying things look like they are taking off when they die?
why do i see the bigger turret things doing firing animations when they are looking at a wall?
do aliens actually vanish sometimes when they die. i keep spinning around madly thinking the alien keeps running behind me or it's hiding somewhere. do they vanish coz they are gibbed and flayra won't allow gibbing, coz that's really annoying coz i can't tell if the alien was killed or escaped especially when i'm in a squad so my name doesn't necessarily appear in the kill message. i say put gibs back now ###### <!--emo&:angry:--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':angry:'><!--endemo--> <!--emo&???--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'><!--endemo--> please, pretty please?!
EDIT- btw that censored word was not really a bad word in my opinion but the censoring thing makes it look like it was really bad.

Because they are <i>firing</i>.
Aliens sometimes vanish when they die because of the defensive upgrade called Redemption. An alien with Redemption upgraded is watched over by the hive at all times, if the hive thinks that alien might die, the hive will teleport the alien back to base and save his sorry butt. I like this when I've got a good Fade going, it saves me from saving up for RP's to evolve back again when I die. Check the manual for more info. Actually, it might be a good idea to check the manual before you complain about anything else too.
EDIT- I think i just found another error. the radar dish thing keeps doing its built animation whenever you go back into view of it or something.
