Horrid Framerate

128 Mb ram
32 mb intergrated graphics
ADSL connection

When I first installed the game about a month ago, the game ran perfectly on all maps and I was getting a good framerate.
But recently( about a week ago) I've suddenly been getting crapy Frame rates whenever I look at a Marine base in a NS_ map. This is the only time my rate drops like this.
I could be in a room full of skulks dashing on walls, lerks gas spamming, and 10 marines lobing nades and firing guns and I won't get much more than a hicup.

But as soon as I look in the general direction of a Marine base my rate drops to like 5 fps.

Note: a marine base in CO mode doesn't drop my rate.
