<div class="IPBDescription">A Battlefiled 1942 mod</div> For those of you who have never heard of this mod, I highly recommend you take a look on the website or even download the current version 0.62 if you can't wait on the soon to be released and much improved 0.65.
Since 0.65 its release is just a matter of counting days (I hope <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->) I thought it would be nice to share the information with the community since this mod isnt just a mod, its the most complete World-war 2 game ever conceived.
Where battlefield was a pure arcade game with lots of vehicles...
Fogotten Hope adds:<ul><li>historic realism</li><li>many many many more maps, weapons and vehicles and teams (not just german and allies)</li><li>Vehicle/weapons handling try to simulate the real thing</li><li>Maps (location and time 1939-1945) have the weapons that are actually used during that specific battle or time</li></ul><a href='http://forgottenhope.bf1942files.com/main.html' target='_blank'><b>Forgotten hope homepage</b></a>

Ive also downloaded Homefront which is basicly a Halo mod for BF1942,
Eve of destruction and of cource Desert combat!
Im soo glad i have BF1942. Just need to buy BF:V so i can start playing PoE
