Ability Problem In B5

Eversince I installed B5, in most cases on marine/alien when im playing I am only able to use my Slot 1 weapon/ability. Even when I evolve into another organism. I've even picked up a welder only to find the sprite is red and wont let me select it, and I've also checked to see if I have the correct ammount of hives to use said ability. Any help is appreciated.

Also, on the odd time I can select abilities, when I try to leap/blink it uses up adren but it doesnt work.

    I refer you to <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=79728' target='_blank'>this thread</a> my good man. You apparently have one nasty case of a bug that has been haunting NS for a while. Any help you could give the Exterminators on finding out what causes it would be appreciated.
