<div class="IPBDescription">... because one isn't enough ...</div> Isn't it about time we get a change around here with alternative forum skins which can be based on things such as the levels, races, evolutionary/technological cycles of NS? Its not just that the current logo bores me to death and depresses me, it would just be nice to have that extra option made available and to have something else to look at.

    Last I remember, Comprox was the one working on the Kharaa skin, but if anyone wants to contribute graphics, feel free. After all, we have accepted smilies from you guys before -- why not IVB skin graphics?

    The only reason I see to change would be if they upgraded to IPB 2.0... and if they did, since it has a nice skin selector at the bottom of each page, you could have a TSA one and a Khaara one and some others if people made them.

    But options would be nice. This is a great skin, but it's getting kinda dull.

    Yes then you wish that IE did PNG alpha channels and all your problems would be solved (since most of the world still uses IE for some reason).

    Edit: Okay so IE _DOES_ do PNG alpha channels with the proper code in the page... ah well not many sites use it.

    the fact it's animated kind of screws that over anyway.

    (I'm aware that there is a PNG grade animated filetype [MNG, I think it was] However, it's pretty unsupported}

    IE doesnt natively support PNG alpha channels, but theres a nice javascript hack to enable it. Why it STILL doesn't support it natively is another question however...

    Contact one of the forum mods? Generally when you want something contact Zunni, he browses the forums alot and is PR, so if he can't sort it out he will redirect you to someone who can.
