<div class="IPBDescription">Fixing the incorrect version prob</div>I know that I, as well as others, have had a problem with the incorrect version message on installation. Maybe somebody else already posted the answer but i didnt see it. what i did, was i moved the location for it to install to from my halflife folder to my counterstrike folder. If you play counterstrike retail you have to do this unless you have upgraded actual halflife. just change the destination address to the counterstrike main folder and it will work fine
