<div class="IPBDescription">First of perhaps many to come.</div> Now, as most of you are aware I recently built myself a new comp, and despite how things may seem on the outside, I have been having one or two major problems, most of them to do with video playback.
Alright, now first I had a problem where anything using DivX crashed my comp to hell. This seems ot have been solved by updating all my drivers, but I still get these crazy green spots off and on in my video. At first I thought this was my LCD screen being crappy because it is quite cheap, but for some reason I get none of these errors on quitime or realplayer videos. Now when I try to play mpegs it is even worse. I get the green spots like crazy, and at seemingly random intervals I get a BSOD (gasp! In winXP! NO!) with a "page fault in nonpaged area" error not pointing to any particular process.
Sigh, yet another problem the rest of the internet doesn't seem to have heard of. Maybe you guys can help me, I need to watch my juarez and pr0ns (joke...........or not!)! In the meantime I'll be backing up my HD in preperation to reformat after having this comp for a grand total of 5 days.
