Help With Starting Ns

<div class="IPBDescription">It wants me to give a key to play?</div> I just got NS. I installed it as i would any other HL mod for steam only it shows up in the Third Party Games list. I cant double click to run it, when i do it brings up the "Games Browser menu" What do i do. I REALY want to play this mod. My friends are playing and say they didnt have this problem and they dont knwo what i should do other then post on here. Any help would be GREAT!.. Thanks
