<div class="IPBDescription">Read even if you don't</div> I found this VERY nifty plugin which now makes gimp IMO 100% better than Photoshop.
<a href='http://registry.gimp.org/plugin?id=3892' target='_blank'>Whee</a>
It removes the 5000000000000 windows that it spawns. Gimp seems to load a little slower (like two or three seconds), but I can live with that. Windows only afaik.
*Edit*
I love how half the time I copy paste it doesnt actually copy first......

The GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program. Think photoshop, but free and a bit more UNIXish.

I still don't understand why the link points to a CD burning program or how it would act as a plugin..
Edit: Skulkbait beat me too it =(

It comes as a sourse document and needs to be compiled for install or some such gobbledy goop (which I don't know how to do), and that also doesn't give me the slightest inclination of how I am supposed to apply the mod. In addition, I really can't be DLing things that I don't know the aproximate file size of due to my ISP limitations, so I need that info as well.

Scroll down to the windows binaries...
That was for the linux source code...

:edit: about 11 mb. You have to DL Gtk2 and the Gimp 2.0
<a href='http://www2.arnes.si/~sopjsimo/gimp/stable.html' target='_blank'>GTK+ 2 and Gimp</a>
Go there install GTK, then GIMP, GTK is something GIMP needs to run.
For the plugin, maybe you should try reading the readme?

But I don't have to plug it into the sourse code somewhere do I?

Please tell me youre kidding.....................
READ.
THE.
README.
All you do is unzip it into the plugin directory.
Tried opening the zip then double clicking the readme? Generally thats how you open every file on a computer, you double click them. Just because its zipped doesnt mean you have to extract it.
