Since books dont get anywhere near the same amount of publicity as everything else does nowadays, let's get a kind of book sharing thingo going.

So the object is, one person posts what kind of books he likes,
or maybe just asks for something interesting on some special topic.
The next guy then posts something (preferrably only) if he knows of some book matching the previous query. Pictures, links
reviews, stuff like that. He/she then posts a request of their own, and the next one answers that and so on and so on.

Lets try to keep to just commenting on books and writing requests/answers. Thankies.

Let me start:

<b>The Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks</b> <a href='http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1400049628/qid=1095097867/sr=8-1/ref=pd_cps_1/002-0077577-2335261?v=glance&s=books&n=507846' target='_blank'>Amazon link</a>

As the name implys, it's about dealing with a potential outbreak of a disease that causes people to turn into somekind of lumbering flesheating creatures from hell.
With tips on killing them, defense, survival on the run and what to do when zombies take over the whole world.

Very good read. I enjoyed it from the beginning to end.
Got nothing bad to say about it, apart from leaving me craving for more.

Request:

Well obviously after reading the Zombie Survival Guide,
the kind of book I want to see is somewhat like the movie "Dawn of the Dead",
but with more depth (and it actually has to be a book). A survival horror book if you will.

Now another type I'm interested in, is something like Alan Dean Fosters alien/s (the book), but good.
The books sucked, but the idea was very good.
Somewhat cyberpunkish and warhammerish, but not a cult book.
