Yay 20 Second Lag Spikes

ok so on what ever server i play on i always lag for over half the game.

this is really starting to iritate me and i want it to stop.

i keep getting this message popping up and im wondering if if tells u whats wrong with ns.

plz help me

    If i remember correctly, this had something to do with data packets not being send fast enough...

    You should use the netgraph to look at the data (net_graph 3 in console), look there and mention what it says...
    Also you should give your computer specifications.
