Need Help With Secondary Configs

<div class="IPBDescription">Didn't know where to post</div> I am having trouble getting different config files to execute. My problem is, I have my main config file that I use for marines, and right now, I'm trying to make one for when I am a skulk. I have it named skulk.cfg and have it in my NS folder, but when I type "exec skulk.cfg" in my consol, all I get is a "could not execute skulk.cfg file"

I was wondering what I am doing wrong. (I'm not a new player so I don't think this post should go in there)

    "exec skulk.cfg" in console should work, not sure what you might be doing wrong. You put the skulk.cfg in your ns folder, not nsp by mistake, right?

    You probably saved your configs as text files or you placed them in the wrong folder.

    A couple of things to do

    a) Make sure it is NOT named skulk.cfg.txt

    I myself have scripted for sometime (don't let the bashing ensue pls kthxbai) and sometimes i make this mistake as well.

    b) Make sure it is formatted properly

    Sometimes cfgs screw up their positions for no apparent reason. At least mine do. Make sure that a single command is on a single line, and should NOT exceed 128 characters.

    I can't think of anything else ATM, but make sure you didn't put it into your base HL directory. I made that mistake once XD
