Ok, I was playing on marines. 14 marines versus 13 aliens.
The aliens were actually winning, rushing our resource areas, and outposts. Finally we started to be infiltrated, in the spawn area. There were onos marching about our main base, with poison flooding around. A onos destroyed our only command center, and we were left with no command. This meant no new buildinings, medkits, or real support. Then, our sentries were destroyed.. only one was left.
So at this point the marines (us) were like <!--emo&:0--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':0'><!--endemo--> <!--emo&???--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'><!--endemo-->
and some peeps started typing "REMEMBER THE ALAMO", "This reminds me of General custard" "WE'LL NEVER SURRENDER ALIEN SCUM".. We were feeling pretty patriotic, and we actually did quite a good job on holding back for a few more mins. We took advantage of crates, and the balcony.
Aliens swarming in the entrence, we quickly fired and fired and fired.
"Only shoot when you see one"
"Pick your targets!!"
And then, one alien got in the back, and destroyed our
LAST spawn portal.
"FIRE"
And then... Well, the remaining soldiers perished, in a flood of monsters.
REMEMBER THE ALAMO, LAST-STAND.

I really, really love this game (evidenced by the fact that I'm up at 4am talking about it).
Ok.. heres one I had about an hour ago... I took out 9 marines with no deaths with a skulk...
I was just working on my skulk skills... so i camped on top of a pipe. cloaked... with an offensive tower behind me... marines would come up .. crouch... then fire at it.. at that moment i leaped off and ended their life... wash rinse repeat.... the marine that owned the server kicked me <!--emo&:D--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'><!--endemo-->
