How are aliens "supposedly" to be played

<div class="IPBDescription">`you pt's with experience out there</div>First, I looove this mod. but after beeing awake 50 straight hours playing I have seemed to noticed some issues on the balance?
In the unreleased days of ns, the picture i was given was that each individual alien were really hard to fight off, even for a small group of marines. but what has come to my eye is that i have not seen any really effective alien weapons against marine buildings\turrets, I evolved into the fade having 3 hives that would provide me with the bilebomb who i was told Is Da Bomb to use against turrets and stuff, atleast the manual said so. but using that bilebomb is really hard cuz of that strange line of fire that makes it almost always damage myself (i never get it far enough) but the bilebomb takes forever to kill turrets imho it should atleast be as effective as a grenadelauncher that easily molests the alien base with extreme ease.
going back to the part about the strong individual aliens, the tactics i have found to be the best is jsut beeing sneaky as hell. cloak and silence as skills then i get to kill a marine or two befor they turn those ugly hmg's up in my face and make meatloaf of me i dont wanna think of the heavy armor marines now, those makes it alOT harder
from what i red about aliens you were the badboy that could hit them hard and still get away with it. if i try to use brute force i get usually little kills and kill not too much, the onos isnt that hard to beat in an organized defense because every bullet you spew out from that hmg or shotty meets flesh and thats alot of damageconsuming beeing done then and we simply dont kill off buildings that fast to make it worth it
so what i want to see is either the marines get a bit nerfed or the aliens get alot more dangerous. Because i alone with a heavy machinegun and a little upgrade on armor and damage or so aint afraid of Nothing else then an onos. but i want it to be so that if you are alone then you just Die horribly in the hands of whatever alien you meet, skulks are like potatochips when i get my hands on the better guns and alien defense is even better.
so in the end when people get good in NS then at the current state an organized marine team would OWN aliens soo hard (good aliens are still not good versus bases imho, its just too hard to kill effective unlike marines)
but as an alien players for life as me I dont want that to happen.
PT's can you give some hints on what type of strategy you as an alien needs. Especially when the aliens have their pressure on them because without onos and fades there is nothing else to do than sit down and die because thats all we got thats effective vs buildings
i also guess that fixing the resourcesystem currently modded by admins on servers will help out alot in eliminating all that hightech equipment
