Small Vhe Annoyance

It's really quite annoying and I know 3.5 is a "beta" but still...

Every so often I won't be able to rotate objects or entities. Normally I do so by clicking once on the object after it's already been selected, this gives me the option to scale, rotate or scale some other coordinates which I rarely use.

Anyway, what happens is when I single click the object/entity, isntead of giving me the rotate option it will just "jump"... move, etc.

I'm thinking other mappers have had this happen, if so, how do you fix it, without a restart of your entire computer? VHE is stubborn, even when I fullye xit VHE it will retain this strange "property" until I reboot. This usually fixes itself after I restart VHE. No idea how to fix it, I don't think there is a way.

I have never had this problem before which is very strange. Only problem I ever get with VHE is the lack of ability to change maximise the window every now and then.

This is usually caused by third party apps.

I have this from time to time too. Sometimes i can't cycle through the vertex manipulation tools niether.

To add to the list of VHE annoyances:

Sometimes my 3D camera starts travelling by itself (as if I was holding the W button or the A button or something), and there's almost no way to stop it. Incredibly annoying.

Sometimes I can't click on things in the 2D view or the 3D view so I have to restart.

I sometimes get stuck in camera mode, moving the mouse would cause the camera to move. A quick alt + tab in and out fixes it..

I also sometimes float forward or backwards. But pressing w, a, s, d at the same time fixes this for me.

pressing ctrl while u click on the object will cycle threw to rotate and then skew (or what ever it is) only problem is it will quite often select another brush by doing so, give it a try tho

i find that the 3rd party app that stops me from doing that is STEAM windows!!!!

if i say have the server window open. however if i close all the windows but leave steam running in the taskbar its fine.

if i ever come accross that prob now all i do is close all steam windows and im fixed!
