ok ... perhaps Flayra should code some kind of fluxuating ... thing that changes ... all the ... time ... to balance .. the aliens .. or .. something ...?

Ah, you say the marines didnt know what they were doing.  How come that is a valid arguement, however when we say aliens dont know what the hell they are doing, we are criticized and told the marines are simply too strong?

I totally agree, it's not that the teams are unbalanced, it's that people either don't know how to play as the Khaara, or the teams are unbalanced, which is in most games.  Over half the times I'm alien, I usually win, or kick some serious ash.  For mass turrets, go Fade, use them bile bombs or whatever, they go down extremely fast.  The only balance issue I see is that the alien turrets need to be a little better, perhaps.

I'm sure that a team full of aliens that know what they are doing would be very even matched against marines with the same knowledge.  It's probably also the extreme lack of alien cooperation.  Exactly how many times have you seen an alien attack you alone opposed to times they utterly surrounded you?  Now think vice-versa, for the aliens against marines.  I'm absolutely sure the former is a lower number.

Now that I'm getting used to the game the aliens are awsome!!

Unfortunatly it's really hard to find a server where an admin <i>hasn't</i> screwed with the resourses. It's so damn irritating to spend ages deystroying an outpost only to find 5 fully upgraded marines walking around the corner... God it annoys me so much, I just want to play the damn game the way it was meant to be played!!

That game was stalemated for a very long time with marines fortified in their base and aliens in control of the rest of the map, but the aliens were lacking the numbers to take the base. This was the situation when I joined the game marine side. It was more than 2 to 1 advantage for the marines most of the time. I played on the marine side for a long time (hey, I <b>like</b> playing marines when they are losing). When I finally got bored of that farce, I switched to the alien team and the game ended pretty quickly. No surprise there.

Looks like I am fated to end up playing as alien in every game...

Aye - I dont have any web space to put it up, but I was playing an even game, I was aliens.
