1) dont model on screws itll save alot of polies
2) make sure thats in editable mesh when you check the polycount (if it is already in mesh i must say WoW)
3) to render better pretty 8 or 9 on the keyboard to bring up the light plugin window and switch it to light tracer instead of none
4) the back of the slide doesnt seem like it has slide rails or a place modeled in for the hammer to go into it
5) with all that said nice work i didnt even know you could model let alone model well <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
note: all above statements said asuming your using 3dsmax
I like it <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Don't forget the hot, hot, rail action.
will work towards better results tho
also "sloping in" running down the slide should be more pronounced :o
there are loads more inaccuracies but then again its meant to be more or less a beretta so i guess it'll work
Looks the same to me, just missing that bottom part with the ring.
maybe not modeled yet, but i think the grip looks accurate
And dont listen to chrono, model every little bit of detail in. More detail = more sexy.
(Ive used 12k+ poly models, no fps drop :o)
at least i think so.. it didnt have US price
aand about the model... ill work on it later... or if i can find i host i can give it to people... the mesh is horrible tho... polies all over cuz i did this with vertexes, extrudes, and a cylinder
But that makes me wonder. Since airsoft guns (for the most part) are such accurate replicas of the real things, think it'd be possible to convert a modification like that onto a genuine 92FS?
Edit: Sheena says if probably wouldn't be able to handle the stress, and you would end up hurting your self. She also says "(^_^)/".
